EDGAR Ease+ is distributed under a Comprehensive Subscription Program that grants the purchaser the right to use the program for one year from the date of purchase, subject to compliance with the license terms, and includes membership in the Extended Support Plan.

ESP members receive all program releases and updates during the term of their membership, and have unlimited access to our Technical Support phone center during business hours, and 24 hour access to our web and e-mail support services.
